Don’t Panic!

Tuesday, April 7th, 2009

We’re now live! As you can see it’s quite a change. But don’t worry - all your project data is still there. The new eventberry system is going to make your life easier while greatly increasing the amount of data you can get to track the sustainability of your events.

The site is now live so we can test it in real time - let us know if you spot anything which isn’t working. This process should last at most 48 hours so please accept our apologies in advance for any short term inconvenience. It will be worth it, we promise!

Today is the day…

…that the all new eventberry should go live! Fingers crossed for a smooth transition this evening. We’re working on lots more cool features to make managing the sustainability of your events easier, quicker and with more useful results.

If you’re intersted in the whole area of sustainability at events you should attend the Sustainable Events Summit on May 22nd at One Wimpole Street, London. Check out the Summit website at www.sustainableeventssummit.com.

The all new eventberry is now live!

Welcome to the new, improved eventberry. We believe we had already created a market leading management system for sustainable events, but we didn’t want to stand still. Based on client feedback and hours of debate and discussion we feel that the new release of the system is a step change for sustainable event management.

Firstly, the basic system is free. Sustainability is built on collaboration and we don’t want anyone to be unable to use eventberry based on cost.

Secondly, we added major enhancements to the way organisers, suppliers and venues interact – giving organisers comparative tools to measure performance and offering venues and suppliers the opportunity to market their sustainable credentials to the widest possible audience.

Finally, we’re not stopping here – we have more additional features on the way including a desktop widget, an iPhone application and more. Stay tuned for more developments, and don’t forget – eventberry is free, so sign up now.
